Sign the charter agreement
A signed flight contract is standard in charter — it spells out your trip, the terms, and the protections on both sides. Review it and e-sign online in a couple of minutes. Clean, secure, no printer required.

Provide payment & lock your dates
Place a card hold and settle by wire, or pay by card outright. The moment payment clears, your aircraft and crew are committed to your dates.

Receive your trip & run sheet
Your trip gets built out just like it would by one of our agents. You'll get a run sheet with the whole operation on a single page.
